SHIPPING POLICY

Please Read : once a package is scanned in at the post office and a shipping receipt is provided to you, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. If your package does not arrive, please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is present to receive the delivery. We are not able to replace missing or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your candle arrives in a broken GLASS container please contact us at doziermonique@thepartyof5.com so we can make it right! Please contact us before proceeding with the following instructions below.  Glass candles that arrive in broken containers can only be replaced within 14 days of purchase. You may return your merchandise if you:

  • List the items that arrived damaged in a email (include a picture for proof)​

  • and send the items back to:
    Party of 5
    Attn: Returns Department
    (address will be provided as needed)

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective).
